Grappa di Julia Invecchiata is at home in Friuli, Italy.
The marc, which is obtained from the distillation of the grapes, is gently distilled in copper pot stills and then bottled in a small oak barrel.
The 12 months of aging in the oak barrel gives the grappa its golden color and soft aroma.
The distillate is based on the finest, locally grown red grapes.
Among them are grape varieties such as Malvasia, Sangiovese and Cabernet which provide a fine, matured grappa.
The bright golden sparkle has a soft taste and elegant aroma with fruity and woody notes.
