The Goldenits Robert Tetuna Rose 2024 is a fruity, seductively light rose wine from Tadten in Burgenland - a village with a long winegrowing tradition. The name "Tetuna" goes back to the historical name of Tadten from the year 1230 and refers to the deep roots of the wine with its origin. The cuvee combines an extraordinarily versatile blend of Zweigelt, Blaufraenkisch, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir - grape varieties that are perfectly balanced with power, freshness, fruit and structure.
The grapes come from sandy black earth soils with a medium to high proportion of stones and gravel, which gives the wine a fine minerality and lightness. After careful manual harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place, followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit aromas and fine acid structure. The alcohol content of 12% vol. underlines the accessible, refreshing character of this rose and makes it an ideal companion for sunny days - but also for any other time of year.
