Goldenits Robert Tetuna Reserve 2021 13,5% Vol. 0,75l

The Goldenits Robert winery is located in Tadten, nestled in the large Heideboden vineyard. This region to the east of Lake Neusiedl benefits from the Pannonian climate, which offers ideal conditions for growing highly ripe grapes. As a traditional family business, the winery cultivates 35 hectares of vineyards. Red wine accounts for 75% of the area under cultivation, while the remaining 25% is reserved for white wine.

Goldenit's Robert Tetuna Reserve is a cuvee made from 60% Blaufraenkisch, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Zweigelt. The vines thrive on heavy black earth soil with a high clay content, medium stone content and sandy sections, which gives the wine a characteristic minerality. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand before undergoing a 23-day maceration period and temperature-controlled fermentation.

The wine is aged for 22 months in a mixture of new and used barrique barrels, which gives the wine its depth and complexity. After ageing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
