Free of additives such as sugar, flavorings or colorants, the noble brandies are distilled in the precious copper stills according to the traditional double distillation process.

The plum brandy "Alte Zwetschke" is aged for 8 years in oak barrels.
Through the storage in the oak barrel a fine taste of vanilla, wood and roasted aromas unfolds.
