The Glenfarclas THE FAMILY CASKS Single Cask SUMMER 2024 Sherry Butt #2385 is an exceptional single cask bottling from 2004, which was bottled on 02.08.2024 at 58.8% vol. in Cask Strength. This strictly limited edition comprises just 653 bottles worldwide and is presented in a high-quality wooden box. As part of the renowned Family Casks Collection, this bottling represents the consistent preservation of the cask history, craftsmanship and distillery tradition of the Speyside distillery Glenfarclas, which has been family-owned for six generations.

The whisky comes from a single cask, a classic sherry butt, which is known for its intense and structurally defining wood influence. This type of cask is closely associated with the traditional style of Glenfarclas and gives the whisky depth, complexity and maturity. This single cask Scotch whisky was bottled without chill-filtration and without the addition of colorants, thus fully preserving the natural cask maturation. The Family Casks series is the result of George S. Grant's foresight and is based on an exceptionally extensive stock of casks spanning several decades. Each bottling precisely documents the cask number, cask type, distillation year and bottling date, making each bottle an individual testimony to the distillery's history.
