In 1975, Gerard Bertrand began his grape harvest at Chateau de Villemajou in the Corbieres, where he discovered his passion for wine. Over the course of twelve years, he honed his skills alongside his father Georges Bertrand until the fourth generation finally carried on the legacy. After the tragic death of his father in 1987, Gerard Bertrand took over the family management of the Domaine de Villemajou and founded the Gerard Bertrand wine company. The Gerard Bertrand Group comprises 16 wine estates and 16 chateaux along the Mediterranean coast of France, covering a total of 850 hectares. Some of the grapes are harvested by hand and matured in 225-liter Bordeaux barrels, while the rest is stored in stainless steel tanks.6 estates and 16 chateaux. Heresie symbolizes the history of the knights of the South of France in a noble cuvee of Grenache, Roussanne and Marsanne. The grapes for Gerard Bertrand HERESIE CORBIERES White are harvested at optimum ripeness, gently pneumatically pressed and processed with precision. After a light pre-clarification, the juice ferments in high-quality barrels, giving the wine a complex variety of aromas. A 7 to 8-month barrel maturation with regular stirring ensures depth and structure, while a final fining perfects clarity and balance. After ageing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.

An exceptional white wine that promises quality and enjoyment at the highest level.
