Carlo and Edoardo Gancia founded the company "Fratelli Gancia" in 1850, they were the first to produce sparkling wine according to the classic Italian method. For more than 170 years now, the Gancia brand has been known for its sparkling wines. The historic cellars of Gancia, in the south of Piedmont, are now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In these cellars, the sparkling wine is stored at optimal temperatures between 12 and 14°C.
The sparkling wine is made from 100% Yellow Muscat grapes. The grapes are classically vinified after pressing.
