Foursquare 18 Years Old COVENANT is the oldest and one of the most prestigious bottlings in the renowned Exceptional Cask Series from the Foursquare Distillery. The basis of this rum is a blend of distillates obtained in 2004 and 2005. The first maturation took place for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak, whereby the alcohol content was deliberately reduced before the rum matured for a further 8 years. It was finally bottled at cask strength in May 2023 at 58% by volume.
