Fernet-Branca is the largest and most famous bitters in the world. Since 1845 Fernet-Branca is produced according to a secret family recipe of Fratelli Branca Distillerie S.r.L. in Milan.
For the production 27 herbs, plants and spices such as gentian, saffron, myrrh, chamomile, elderflower, etc. are used.
They give Fernet-Branca its powerful natural and at the same time spicy taste. For over a year Fernet-Branca is stored in handmade oak barrels in old cellar vaults of the traditional building.
