This vermouth is made from hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken winery. These grapes are grown in the slate steep slopes of the great Saarburger Rausch site. The vermouth is refined with herbs and flowers from the Saar region. The maturation takes place in Mosel-Fuder barrels, which are traditional oak barrels of the Mosel with a volume of 1,000-1,800 l.
