This spirit drink is made from hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken winery.
These grapes are grown in the slate steep slopes of the great Saarburger Rausch site - hence the name.
The Master Distiller has, based on Ferndinand's Dry Gin, developed this spirit. The most important botanical in this new creation is the quince.
