As a Riserva, it must be stored in wooden barrels for at least 18 months according to Italian law - however, the EVO Grappa Riserva uses distillates that have been matured for significantly longer in order to create a particularly harmonious overall picture.

The long ageing period in carefully selected oak barrels gives it remarkable depth, a soft texture and an aromatic profile rich in spicy and fruity components.
