It comes from the Riesling Krepskogel, a classified Erste STK vineyard site characterized by its steep, south-facing slopes with an average gradient of 55%. At an altitude of 440 to 515 meters above sea level, the grapes ripen under optimal conditions, cooled by alpine winds and exposed to intense sunlight.

The Gelber Muskateller grape variety is cultivated here organically and sustainably. Hand-harvesting guarantees the highest quality, while fermentation with natural yeasts takes place using traditional methods. The wine then matures for 12 months in large, traditional wooden barrels before being bottled under screw caps. This natural vinification and aging process lend the wine elegance, freshness, and longevity.
