The E. Guigal Cotes du Rhone AC 2022 is a characterful, classic red wine from the southern Rhone valley and comes from the renowned wine house E. Guigal, which is one of the most important producers in France. Since 1946, the family business from Ampuis has stood for uncompromising quality, traditional vinification and wines with character and origin. The Cotes du Rhone 2022 is a prime example of the art of combining grape variety diversity, terroir and style.
The cuvee consists of the typical Rhone grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre, carefully vinified and matured in large barrels. The high proportion of Syrah provides depth, structure and spice, while Grenache delivers warmth and fruit. The wine is aged traditionally in wood, which gives the wine elegance and ageability. With an alcohol content of 15 % vol. and its full-bodied style, this vintage is powerful, complex and yet accessible - a classic Rhone red wine with character and expression.
