The stainless steel dosing pourer with hinged lid is a functional bar accessory for clean, controlled and hygienic pouring of spirits, liqueurs or wine. Generally speaking, pourers are divided into quantitative and non-quantitative variants, allowing them to be flexibly adapted to different requirements in bars and restaurants. Dosing pourers are also frequently used as closures for bottles that have already been opened to reliably prevent spillage when pouring.

This version is specially designed for use in fancy bartending. The smooth pouring spout ensures an even flow of liquid and enables precise pouring. The integrated hinged lid protects the spout from dust and dirt and increases hygiene during bar operations. The multiple, soft rubber ring adapts precisely to the neck of the bottle and ensures a tight fit and a very good sealing effect. An integrated air channel ensures a constant flow.

The quantitative version has an integrated steel ball that runs in a specially designed guide. This enables an exact dosage of 20 ml, 30 ml or 50 ml, while the pouring remains even and controlled. Non-quantitative pourers allow free, variable pouring and are preferred for creative bar techniques.

Note: The air opening should not be blocked when pouring, otherwise the flow of liquid will be interrupted.
