Don Ramon Mezcal is a handmade spirit and is made from 100% Salmiana agaves from Zacatecas, Mexico. The agaves used are aged for 8-10 years and embody a clear spirit with smoky aromas. For every Salmiana agave harvested, the Casa Don Ramon distillery plants two more of this species. The mezcal is double distilled in the pot still process.
