The Don Julio Reposado matures for eight months in a light oak barrel to become a real top-quality tequila. In 1942 Julio Gonzalez Estrada founded the Don Julio Distillery. This tequila is still produced by a traditional method and is made from 100% blue agave. Los Altos de Jalisco (Mexico) is cultivated in the highlands. The distillery has to constantly expand its production capacity. The quality of Don Julio Tequila Reposado is convincing.
