Depending on the type of rum to be produced, distillation takes place in column stills, batch kettles or pot stills to achieve the perfect flavor profile.
Diplomatico Seleccion de Familia is an exclusive blend specially developed by Diplomatico's Master Distillers. It is made from 90% sugar cane honey and is aged in carefully selected ex-bourbon and sherry casks before bottling, which gives it its distinctive character and complex flavor profile.
