The Dieter Meier Puro Malbec BIO 2023 is a powerful, expressive organic Malbec from Mendoza that reflects the typical style of Argentina with clarity, depth and elegance. The grapes come from the renowned Mendoza region, more precisely from Lujan de Cuyo, where the vines grow on sandy soils and find ideal conditions for concentrated, structured Malbecs. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are selected and carefully processed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to bring out the fruit and varietal typicity precisely. The wine then matures for several months on the fine lees, which gives it additional density, harmony and depth. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, the 2023 vintage is powerful, full-bodied and balanced at the same time. The organic maturation underlines the purist claim of Dieter Meier's Puro line.

In the glass, this organic Malbec from Argentina presents itself with high concentration and a clear structure. The combination of fruit intensity, fine spice and mineral freshness makes it very accessible when young, but also complex. The wine reveals its aromatic depth and powerful character at a drinking temperature of 15 to 18 °C in particular.
