The Yellow Bellefleur is an old, valuable winter dessert apple variety that can be stored until April. Its striking, often irregular shape with angular features and yellow coloring is characteristic of this variety. The flesh is juicy, finely cellular and of medium firmness, with a sweet and finely balanced flavor.
