Denshin Aki Junmai Namazume Genshu is a sake that is brewed in winter and matured during spring and summer. It is then bottled in the fall. As this sake is only available in the fall, it got its name - Aki means "fall" in German.

The seasonal sake used has not been pasteurized or diluted.
