The Dellavalle Grappa Barbera comes from the tradition-conscious Distilleria Dellavalle in Vigliano d'Asti in the heart of Piedmont and presents itself as a convincing, typical representative of a Barbera grappa matured in barrels. The distillery, run by Roberto Dellavalle, only processes high-quality Barbera marc, which is distilled in small stills to preserve its aroma. The result is a first-class grappa with a pleasant nose, full body and a harmonious combination of fruit, warmth and gentle barrel spice. Bottled at 42% by volume, this Barbera grappa has a mild, balanced character that is characterized by the natural properties of the grape variety.

Maturation in selected barriques gives the distillate an elegant golden color as well as additional softness and depth. The typical Barbera expression blends with subtle wood notes to create a round, full-bodied overall picture. This makes this grappa one of Dellavalle's bottlings with a strong character, yet pleasantly accessible.
