The story of the family business Beniamino Maschio begins in the middle of the 19th century. Antonio Maschio built his own small distillery and thus began the great adventure of the family in the world of grappa. The distillery is located in San Pietro di Feletto in Italy.
In 2002, Beniamino Maschio took over the De Bernard winery to produce excellent Prosecco and sparkling wines.
This Prosecco is made from Glera, Verdisco and Perera grape varieties. The harvest takes place in mid-September. The grapes are gently pressed and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The Prosecco is aged for 2 months in stainless steel tanks.
