The Conde Valdemar Reserva Rioja DOC 2019 (14% ABV) in a 0.75-liter bottle is a classic and superbly structured Rioja Reserva from Spain that impressively reflects the elegance and aging potential of the famous Rioja wine region. Produced by the renowned Bodegas Valdemar winery, this high-quality Spanish red wine blends the Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, and Maturana grape varieties into a complex and characterful cuvee. The vines grow on the typical clay-limestone soils of Rioja, which lend the wines structure, depth, and a distinct terroir character.

Vinification begins with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the freshness and fruit of the grapes. The wine then ages for 18 months in French and American oak barrels, resulting in additional complexity, elegance, and subtle oak notes. With an alcohol content of 14% ABV, the Conde Valdemar Reserva 2019 is powerful, harmonious, and multi-layered. The extended barrel aging ensures a perfect balance of fruit, spice, and structure. This Rioja Reserva DOCa has excellent aging potential and, with optimal storage, can be enjoyed until at least 2030. The high-quality natural cork supports the wine’s further development in the bottle, making it an outstanding choice for lovers of classic Spanish red wines.
