The Clontarf 1014 Classic Blend is produced at the renowned Midleton Distillery in Cork. It is based on selected distillates made from barley, corn, and pure Irish spring water. After traditional triple distillation, the whiskey matures for four years in charred bourbon barrels, which allows it to develop its harmonious structure and delicate notes of vanilla and wood. The distillates are then filtered through Atlantic oak charcoal, which further contributes to its remarkable purity and smoothness. The blend consists of approximately 15% single malt whiskey and carefully selected grain whiskeys, combining traditional Irish characteristics with a modern, balanced flavor profile.
