Since 1887, the production of Clement Rhums is carried out according to tradition and inherited rules of Homere and Charles Clement. Clement Rhum Agricole is produced in strict compliance with the rules of the Appelation d'Origine Controlee.
Today, storage takes place in 6 cellars where nearly 11,600 barrels rest. Julien Thimon oversees them - he became the cellar master in 2021 after 18 years of work alongside his predecessor, Robert Peronet.
This Finish Collection of the PRIVATE CASK series of Clement Rhum matures for 4 years in American oak barrels and then 10 months in oloroso barrels.
It is a limited bottling of 430 bottles.
