As is typical of the Martinique AOC, this fine rhum agricole is based on freshly pressed sugar cane juice instead of molasses, which gives it its authentic, terroir-influenced character. The designation "Chauffe Extreme" refers to the particularly strong toasting of the oak barrels in which the rum matures.
