Weingut Christian & Thomas Weiss Zuckerlrosa is a specialty of the winery. Although it tastes sweet, it contains no sugar as it is sweetened with stevia, which keeps the sugar level in the blood unaffected. This wine matures in steel tanks and is then bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
