Chopped Black truffles
Ingredients: Black truffles (Tuber aestivum) 65%, extra virgin olive oil, flavour, salt.
Chopped black truffles in olive oil are excellent in the preparation of warm truffle dishes such as fusi, pljukanci, gnocchi, and frittatas. Truffles must be added to the dish together with the liquid in which they are stored.
After opening keep refrigerated between +2ºC to +8ºC and use within 3days.
