Cashcane Rum Extra Old is a blend of rums from Barbados, Panama and Trinidad.
The rums used mature for at least six to eight years in carefully selected 220 litre oak barrels.
The sugar cane is harvested between the 12th and 14th month.
The distillation of the blend takes place in column- and traditional pot stills to guarantee an optimal aromatic complexity.
