Capricorn 26 dry gin is made from 26 carefully selected botanicals. Most of these ingredients are sourced from the spice manufacturer Edy Ledig, which is located just 2 kilometers from the distillery. Edy Ledig, a former Michelin-starred chef, and Markus Wurth, the gin's distiller, place great importance on quality.

This is complemented by fresh organic herbs from the Demeter Bahr nursery, which is also located in the same town. This collaboration guarantees the freshness and quality of the herbs used.

In addition, organic kumquats are sourced directly from the market in Amsterdam and incorporated into the production process as soon as they are delivered. This practice ensures the freshness and intensity of the fruit flavors in the gin.
