This Marsala Superiore Dry is based on traditional Sicilian white grape varieties, in particular Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia, which provide structure, freshness and aroma. After fermentation, the wine is fortified with alcohol and then matured in oak barrels, developing the typical oxidative aromas and complex structure of a Marsala wine from Italy. The 2021 vintage displays an elegant, dry style with fine spice and a clear structure. With 18% alcohol by volume, this Marsala Superiore DOC is powerful, balanced and versatile.
