Since it was founded in 1939 by Domenico Dal Cero, the Ca dei Frati winery has remained a byword for family winemaking. With an annual production of around 400,000 bottles, of which only 30% are destined for export, the winery has secured an exclusive position on the global market.
The Ca dei Frati Pratto Vino Bianco combines the Trebbiano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties, which thrive on the fertile, limestone and clay-rich soils. This wine is initially matured for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by a further 2 months in the bottle.
With a storage potential of up to 4 years, Pratto Vino Bianco offers the opportunity to observe its development and evolution over time. Each bottle is carefully sealed with a natural cork.
