By the Dutch Dry Gin is distilled in the traditional distillery Herman Jansen.
In addition to the botanicals juniper, coriander, lemon peel, blood orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and laurel, the Dry Gin also relies on a small proportion of malt wine, which is otherwise only used in the production of jenever.
All eight botanicals are individually macerated in grain alcohol and distilled once more before being combined with the already mentioned malt wine, water and further grain alcohol by Master Distiller Ad van der Lee to form By the Dutch Dry Gin.
