White rum made from sugar cane molasses and fermented for seven days with red wine yeast is distilled in a double pot still to release notes of tropical fruit and burnt sugar.
The botanicals are then carefully distilled over four hours, with a little unrefined muscovado sugar added for subtle sweetness.
A rum enhanced with botanicals such as tonka beans, cloves, lavender, cardamom, orange peel, mace, cinnamon, nutmeg, spices, ginger, pineapple and mango.
