Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.
Bottega Il Vino dei Poeti Preosseco Extra Dry is vinified using the Charmat method, which allows a second fermentation in pressurized tanks. This careful process preserves the integrity and freshness of the primary aromas of the Glera grapes, giving the wine its characteristic liveliness and sparkling freshness.
