Grappa Riserva Privata Barricata comes from the pomace of the renowned Amarone della Valpolicella wine, known for its quality and depth. After a careful three-stage distillation process, this grappa matures for around 18 months in selected Slavonian, Limousin and American oak barrels, which gives it an extraordinary variety of flavors and complexity.
