This stylish Italian sparkling wine is made from a balanced cuvee of Pinot Nero, Moscato, Garganega and Raboso, which are carefully harvested in September. Vinification is carried out using the Charmat method (charmat corto), in which the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, thus optimally preserving the freshness and fruity aromas.
