Bollinger Champagne ROSE Brut 12% ABV in the 0.75-liter bottle embodies the unmistakable signature of the time-honored Champagne house Bollinger, uniting elegance, precision, and expressiveness in an exceptional rosé cuvée. Since its introduction in 2008, this Champagne has represented the Maison's uncompromising pursuit of quality and is predominantly made from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus grapes. A large portion of the Pinot Noir grapes comes from the renowned vineyards of Poirier, Saint-Pierre, and Montboeuf in Verzenay, which are cultivated with the same meticulous care as the celebrated single vineyard La Côte aux Enfants.

The blend comprises 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, and 14% Pinot Meunier. It is complemented by 5 to 6% red wine, which gives the Champagne its characteristic color and additional aromatic depth. After vinification, the Bollinger Rosé Brut matures in the cellar for more than twice as long as required by the Champagne appellation regulations. With a dosage of 7–8 g/l, this rosé Champagne presents itself harmoniously, precisely, and superbly balanced. The result is an elegant Champagne with remarkable complexity, fine structure, and the depth typical of Bollinger, convincing both as an aperitif and as a versatile food pairing.
