The Bolla Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2020 15% Vol. 0.75 l comes from the heart of the Valpolicella region in Veneto and is one of the region's most traditional wines. The Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grape varieties grow here on marl soils with layers of slate, which contribute significantly to the structural density and aromatic depth of Amarone. Production follows the typical appassimento method: the grapes are dried for around four months after harvesting, which concentrates the sugar and extract substances. They are then gently pressed before maceration for 20 days and fermentation for around 25 days. Ageing takes place in both barriques and large Slavonian oak barrels, which ensures a multi-layered, balanced development. The natural cork stopper underlines the traditional style and quality of this DOCG bottling. It is suitable for ageing until at least 2036, which confirms the long-term potential of the vintage.

Bolla's Amarone Classico 2020 is the expression of decades of experience in the appassimento technique and reflects the powerful yet elegant identity of the Valpolicella heartland. The combination of terroir, grape variety diversity and long barrel ageing gives it impressive depth and complexity. Its stylistic orientation combines fruitiness, structure and fine elements of maturity to create a wine that plays a special role both in the gastronomic sector and for private enjoyment. The balance of power and elegance makes it a classic representative of its growing region with international stature.
