Adrian Schleihauf is the third generation to run the Schleihauf fine fruit distillery, which has specialized in the handmade production of high-quality spirits for over 40 years. The distillery was founded in 1982 by his grandfather Herbert Schleihauf, an experienced cooper and cellar master who laid the foundation for the production of traditional fruit brandies.

Inspired by his cat Ruediger, the Boeser Kater brand was created, which combines a love of cats with a passion for first-class spirits. Adrian and his team continue the tradition of the family factory. With every purchase of a Boeser Kater Gin, a contribution is made to cat protection, as part of the proceeds go to this cause.
