The Blue Mauritius Gold is a blend of the finest flavors from Mauritius, which was released in 2012.
The production is made from local sugar cane molasses. The maturation takes place for less than a year in port wine barrels from South Africa.
To avoid filtration with small microns, cold filtration is used. This can cause small sediments.
