For this bottling, selected sugarcane distillates from various Caribbean regions are blended into a harmonious cuvee. The rum is aged for a total of six years, with the initial aging taking place in former bourbon barrels. This aging phase imparts structure, soft wood notes, and a balanced core character. The blend is then further refined in barrels that previously held Pedro Ximenez sherry.
The PX Cask Finish adds extra depth and a rounder, fruit-forward profile to the aged rum.
