Tracing its roots back to 1698, Berry Bros & Rudd remains a family business today and is still run and managed from the same historic premises, at 3 St James's Street.
Dominican Rum is aged for 7 to 8 years and is molasses based. Distillation is done in pot stills and column stills. The finish of this rum is in Madeira barrels.
The rum is neither chill-filtered nor colored or sugared.
