The cuvee is made from 100% Chardonnay and comes exclusively from selected Grands Crus and Premiers Crus of the Cote des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. For the 2019 vintage, the six renowned crus—Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cuis, and Vaudemange—were selected. In recent years, Chardonnay has proven to be particularly adaptable to climatic changes and has retained its natural freshness and precise acidity profile. After an average aging period of six years on the lees, this 2019 Millesime Champagne develops remarkable complexity and a creamy texture.
