Aura Wild Pear (Wildbirne) is a Croatian fruit brandy made in Istria by macerating wild pears in fruit distillate for about six months, following the traditional Croatian method. It is bottled without any artificial colours or flavourings, so everything you taste comes from the fruit.
Tasting notes
Soft golden hue with an aromatic nose of ripe wild pear. On the palate it is fruity, gently sweet and warming, with a clean, natural pear finish.
How to serve
Serve slightly chilled as a digestif after dinner, or pour it alongside cheese, pear desserts and pastries.
