Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delikatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria during a vacation in Croatia in 2014. He was immediately impressed by the wide variety of fine brandies, the hospitality and the exquisite products from this distillery. This gave rise to the idea of getting involved in importing.
Aura Delikatessen is a stable family business that has a total of 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.
The liqueur is made from fruit distillate, teran wine and ten different herbs. After being distilled four times, the liqueur is bottled at 15.9% by volume.
