Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delicatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria during a vacation in Croatia in 2014. He was immediately impressed by the wide variety of fine spirits, the hospitality and the exquisite products of this distillery. This gave rise to the idea of dealing with imports.

Aura Delicatessen is a stable family business that has a total of 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.

Aura Orancello is a brandy made from ripe organic oranges from Croatia. The peel of the oranges is removed carefully and as thinly as possible. The reason for this is that the white part of the peel should not come into contact with the distillate, as this leads to bitterness. Then the peels are macerated in an alcoholic distillate. The pickled orange peels not only provide an intense color of the liquor, but also a very intense fruit flavor.
