The story of Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum begins over 270 years ago in a unique, mystical place known as Nassau Valley. This place is characterized by a rare karstic landscape with cone-shaped limestone formations, caves and underground water springs. The special terrain acts as a natural filter for the rain, producing crystal clear water and giving the sugar cane plants in this valley region a unique flavor profile.

Appleton Reserve Blend is distilled from molasses and matured for at least 8 years in selected oak barrels. The sugar cane used for production is grown by the distillery itself.
