Andrea Da Ponte VIRENTIS Amaro Di Erbe 28% Vol. 0,7l
Andrea Da Ponte VIRENTIS Amaro Di Erbe 28% vol. 0.7 l is an Italian herbal bitters full of character that combines origin, craftsmanship and sustainability in an exceptional way. The name Virentis is derived from the Latin virens, which means "greening" and "lush", and refers directly to the vital power of the wild botanicals and the unspoiled landscape from which they originate. This Amaro di Erbe is produced by the traditional Andrea Da Ponte in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, a region known for its close connection between nature and craftsmanship.
The production is based on the infusion of over 18 wild herbs, leaves and berries that are collected by hand in the protected natural area of Roccolo di Arfanta. These botanicals are infused in alcohol and Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco, creating depth, structure and an exceptionally complex aromatic profile. The recipe reflects the biodiversity of the region and combines tart herbal notes with balsamic freshness and fine spice. At 28% vol., Virentis Amaro is intense, balanced and long-lasting. The sustainable claim is also consistently reflected in the design, with a bottle made from 100% recycled wild glass, a natural cork stopper with activated charcoal and fully recycled labels and packaging.
